In the Netherlands, orders are delivered by PostNL. Outside the Netherlands, other companies are used. Do you order in the Netherlands before 16:00? Then you will receive your order the next day! There are different delivery times and costs outside the Netherlands. When you order an item, the charges will automatically be added. After you have placed the order you will receive a track and trace code.

I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING
Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? Orders can only be send as a return within 14 days after you received your package. You can always change your order for another size or a refund. Returns must send back in the original package. The product must not be damaged and there can’t be strange smells on the products. Be sure that the product is not in this condition. In that case we will return your product and we can not return your money. So check this carefully before you want to return the product. Returns are on your own costs.
RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
Have you received a failty or wrong item? We are very sorry for that! In this case we will pay the costs for the return shipment. Also we will refund your money or change your order for another product.

- After we received your return, you can expect your refund within 7 days on your PayPal account or bank account.
